Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Freelance Designer to support on an as needed basis. As a Freelance Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual designs based on a provided strategy and sometimes an existing brand. You’re encouraged to contribute ideas and push back if you feel a decision is not on track for success of the product.

Day-to-day tasks include developing designs for logos, websites, and graphic needs. Ideally, you can apply that extra special touch of design to make websites full custom and brand aligned. We are not looking for cookie cutter template designs. Our mission is to improve the web. You do not need development skills but bonus if you know WP or Duda.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design and Logo Design skills desired but we understand web and graphics are often different skillsets.
• Experience in using design software Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Web Design and UX/UI Design skills required (understanding RWD)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Client facing is a plus but not required. You may just be behind the scenes or you may be involved in client meetings depending on experience/skills.
