Instead of one-off gigs, we offer ongoing, consistent work each month.

The Role

You’ll be working on a variety of fast-paced design tasks, including:

Paid social ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Social media posts & carousels

Presentation slides (pitch decks, reports)

Marketing assets (PDFs, ebooks, landing visuals)

👉 This is production-heavy work, not slow branding projects.

Pay & Structure

R450 per hour

Ongoing monthly work (not one-off projects)

Flexible hours (you choose availability)

Paid within 30 days

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for speed, consistency, and reliability.

You should:

Have 2+ years experience in graphic design

Be confident in Figma / Adobe Suite

Be comfortable with fast turnaround work

Understand marketing-focused design (not just aesthetics)

Be able to follow briefs and feedback clearly

Be responsive and reliable

You’ll Stand Out If You:

Have experience designing ads that convert

Have worked with agencies or high-volume clients

Can turn around high-quality work within 24–48 hours

Are comfortable working async with international teams

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You only enjoy slow, brand identity projects

You take days to respond to messages

You struggle with feedback or iteration

You prefer one-off, high-budget projects over consistent work
