We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Retainer-Based, Remote) to join our creative team –

a designer with a strong sense for design, brand aesthetics and visual consistency.

Someone who doesn’t just understand design, but truly cares about making things look and feel better.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets across multiple brands: presentations, lookbooks, moodboards, CI elements, and social media visuals.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all client-facing materials.
• Support with branding, product visualization and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Head of Design and the extended creative team (color, product, photography).
• Optionally: create small motion pieces or animations for social media or campaign visuals.
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, concepts and design stories.

Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, branding or visual communication.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong skills in presentation design (Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma or Canva).
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, typography, color and composition.
• Passion for design, footwear and brand storytelling.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Conditions

• Work model: Retainer-based (Remote)
• Scope: approx. 60–80 hours per month (flexible, depending on project load)
• Compensation: attractive, based on experience and location
• Start: immediately or upon agreement
• Language: English (German a plus, not required)
