About the Role

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to help create client catalogs using Figma and design labels and logos for our Brands. This is a freelance position that will be on a per project basis.

In this role, you will add to and refine our existing product catalog using Figma. We have a catalog already structured and are looking for an experienced designer to take our catalog to the next level (add products, sections, and input information). This product catalog is client-facing, so we need someone who has examples of similar past projects.

Experience using Figma and Adobe Illustrator is a must.

This role is fast-paced and highly creative. The ideal graphic designer is not just talented visually, but also confident and friendly on calls, enjoys collaboration, and is excited to help our Brands become viral successes.

This has the potential to become a repeat project as we grow our product offerings and add new Brands to our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Figma Catalogs & Decks:

• Refine, improve, and edit our existing catalog and deck
• Add new products, maintaining the theme of the existing materials
• Increase the quality of the images both already in the existing catalog and deck AND any new images we need added
• Take feedback in real time from our team and adjust the designs as needed

Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop Logos & Labels:

• Draft labels / logos / mockups
• Take feedback and make revisions
• Ensure correct file format for printing
• Communicate clearly with Cyrano’s Brand Manager to align on timelines and approvals

Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Reliable turnaround and clear communication
• Ability to take feedback and make adjustments in real time
• Strong portfolio of deck, catalog, brand, and label design
• Technically talented and visually creative
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail
• Ability to understand the Product label design parameters, and deliver quickly and consistently with limited revisions
• Positive “can-do” attitude, friendly, collaborative, and excited about graphic packaging design and long-term freelance work
• Fluent in English
• Available during U.S. working hours for communication
