We are currently seeking a talented and disciplined Creative Graphic Designer on behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, the designer will bridge the gap between high-end visual storytelling and the technical precision required in a strictly regulated environment. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of marketing materials-from digital content and presentations to print brochures-ensuring every deliverable aligns with brand identity and industry-specific compliance standards.
The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator and a master of multitasking. Beyond visual creation, this professional will manage project lifecycles, navigate cross-functional feedback, and ensure that all assets are polished, accurate, and delivered on schedule. Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all designs are compliant with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and feedback for design projects.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
- Review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing materials.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, share updates, and align on priorities.
- Act as a point of contact for any design-related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent creative and visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
