About the Role

We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer with a sharp eye for brand storytelling and a strong background in email marketing design. You’ll work closely with the Andie Swim and Richer-Poorer marketing teams to create on-brand, conversion-driven email campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling, mobile-optimized email templates and graphics for Andie Swim and Richer-Poorer.
• Translate campaign briefs, seasonal moments, and product launches into polished visual concepts.
• Maintain and evolve each brand’s unique aesthetic while ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing managers to balance visuals and messaging.
• Deliver final assets on deadline in correct formats for development/ESP upload.
• Stay up to date on email design best practices, trends, and performance drivers.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of email marketing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma.
• Experience designing within brand guidelines for multiple brands.
• Understanding of email UX, hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to turn around projects quickly.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Iterable, or other ESPs is a plus.
• Passion for consumer brands, fashion, and lifestyle marketing.
