Northland Lifestyle Company LLC is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join us on a freelance basis. This is a great opportunity for a design student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience, build their portfolio, and see their work brought to life in the retail industry.
About Us:Northland Lifestyle Company is a veteran owned Minnesota-based lifestyle brand that offers apparel, home goods, and custom products. With a focus on nature-inspired designs, Northland Lifestyle Company caters to outdoor enthusiasts and those with a deep appreciation for first responders and military members/veterans.
What you’ll do: • Spearhead retail clothing design projects, from concept to final artwork • Convert customer-submitted logos into clean, high-quality vector files for custom orders • Collaborate with our team to create eye-catching, brand-aligned designs • Deliver projects on time while maintaining excellent attention to detail
What we’re looking for: • A student or recent graduate in Graphic Design (or a related field) • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools • Strong creative vision with an eye for fashion and lifestyle design • Ability to create and refine vector artwork • Familiarity with Northland scenery, culture, and outdoor lifestyle to inspire authentic designs • A designer who aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently • Must be a United States Citizen • Must be 18 years of age or older
What we offer: • Freelance / project-based work (paid per project) • $25–$35 per logo/vector conversion (depending on complexity) - Negotiable • $75–$100 per apparel design (depending on scope and revisions) -Negotiable • Flexible, remote-friendly opportunity • Hands-on experience with a growing lifestyle and clothing brand • Portfolio-building projects with real-world impact
