Freelance Graphic Designer Wanted – Performance Ad Creative (AI-Native)

No Boring Content is looking for a mid-level graphic designer to join us on a freelance/contract basis.

We're a performance creative agency working with e-commerce brands on paid social. We need someone who can create scroll-stopping static ads – and knows how to use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating static ad creative for Meta/TikTok (unique concepts + variations)

• Writing punchy headlines

• Using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, etc.) to generate and incorporate imagery into designs

• Turning around deliverables quickly without sacrificing quality

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years experience in graphic design, ideally in direct response / performance advertising

• Strong portfolio showing ad creative (not just brand work)

• Comfortable using AI image generation tools as part of your workflow

• Reliable, communicative, doesn't need daily chasing

• Based in Australia or similar timezone (AEST) preferred

The deal:

• Freelance/contract – paid per deliverable, not hourly
