About the Role

Enabled Talent is an inclusive tech company building tools that help employers hire people of all abilities and empower them to succeed every day.

We are looking for a Junior Design Intern to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of our products, brand, and marketing materials.

You’ll work directly with our product and marketing leads to create design assets that inspire and engage.

Responsibilities

  • Pitch Decks & Marketing Collateral
  • Design clean, visually compelling pitch decks for investors, partners, and events.
  • Create brochures, one-pagers, and social media graphics that reflect our brand voice.
  • Website & Brand Design
  • Contribute to website layouts, UI mockups, and landing pages.
  • Help refine our brand guidelines, including typography, colors, and imagery.
  • Product & Event Support
  • Support design needs for upcoming product launches and campaigns.
  • Create visuals for events, posters, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Feedback
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Take and incorporate feedback quickly to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools.

  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Interest in branding, marketing design, and inclusive design principles.
  • A portfolio (coursework, personal projects, or freelance) showing your creativity and design thinking.
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of web design (e.g., simple HTML/CSS knowledge or experience with Webflow/WordPress).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Motion graphics, video editing, or simple 3D/animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender).
  • Experience creating accessible, AODA/WCAG-compliant designs.
