Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and creative 
Graphic & Motion Designer
 to join our team on a freelance basis.  In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas into high-impact visual stories across both static and video formats. You will collaborate closely with the A4I team to produce digital web assets, social media and print collaterals, motion graphics and editing based videos.

What You Bring

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Sound understanding of Video Editing and Illustration based video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects)
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• A sharp eye for detail—typography, spacing, layout, and accuracy matter
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline‑driven environment
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
• Awareness of current design trends and visual aesthetics
• A deep understanding of the technical nuances between print specifications, web optimization, and social media video formats.
