As our client base grows, we’re expanding our creative bench. We’re looking for freelance graphic designers who can consistently produce high-quality, clean, conversion-driven visuals at the same standard as our current designer. You’ll be part of a small rotation team of 3 designers supporting ongoing client work.
What You’ll Do:
- Create social media graphics, carousels, ads, and marketing visuals based on briefs
- Design pitch decks, sales collateral, and branded materials
- Translate rough ideas into polished, professional designs
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
- Turn around projects within agreed timelines
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales team on creative direction
- Revise designs based on structured feedback
What You’ll Need:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, high-converting designs
- Experience designing for B2B brands, startups, or service businesses
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsAbility to follow brand guidelines while elevating visual quality
- Strong attention to detail and layout hierarchy
- Reliable communication and turnaround time
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
Bonus If You…
- Have experience creating LinkedIn and performance marketing creatives
- Understand basic marketing psychology and conversion principles
- Have worked with agencies before
- Can support light motion graphics or short-form video edits
