Freelance Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Freelance Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual content aligned with corporate branding standards. The role demands creative excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design assignments within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Branding & Visual Identity

  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Design corporate identity assets including logos, brand kits, and visual guidelines
  • Ensure uniform design language across digital and print platforms
  1. Marketing & Promotional Creatives
  • Design brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and corporate presentations
  • Create premium social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails)
  • Develop campaign-based creatives for course launches and events
  • Design email marketing visuals and digital advertisements
  1. Academic & Certification Materials
  • Design professional certificates, ID cards, event backdrops
  • Create training manuals and branded academic content layouts
  • Design conference banners and workshop creatives
  1. Digital & Web Graphics
  • Website banners and landing page visuals
  • UI elements and promotional graphics
  • Infographics for corporate communication

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate branding work
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Canva Pro
  • Strong understanding of typography, color psychology, and layout principles
  • Knowledge of digital marketing creative standards
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience working with educational institutions, certification bodies, or IT companies
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere / After Effects preferred)
  • Understanding of brand storytelling and campaign design
