About Verdastro
Verdastro is a Malaysia-based company producing certified bio-based consumer products—starting with rice husk biodegradable straws that are tougher than paper, greener than plastic, and smarter than PLA. We’re expanding regionally and need visually powerful materials to communicate our story to investors, distributors, and partners.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative freelance designer who can translate our brand and product story into compelling visuals. You’ll be responsible for designing a pitch deck, marketing fliers, and a product booklet that communicate Verdastro’s value proposition, sustainability message, and commercial strength.
This is a one-time project with the possibility of future assignments based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and structure a pitch deck (Google Slides or Canva) that tells Verdastro’s story to investors and partners
- Create marketing fliers and visuals for events, distributors, and digital use (print-ready PDF format)
- Design a short product booklet (8–12 pages) summarizing Verdastro’s brand, product range, certifications, and sustainability credentials
- Refine and suggest visual direction, tone, and structure to ensure message clarity and brand consistency
- Collaborate remotely with Verdastro’s management team for input, feedback, and revisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in pitch deck, brochure, or marketing collateral design
- Skilled in Canva or Google Slides, and able to export print-ready PDFs
- Strong sense of layout, color, and storytelling flow
- Ability to conceptualize and structure information, not just execute design
- Familiarity with sustainability or consumer brand marketing is an added advantage
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently
Deliverables
- Investor / Partner Pitch Deck (10–15 slides)
- Marketing Fliers (2–3 key variations for events or distributors)
- Product Booklet (8–12 pages, print & digital version)
