Role Description:

We are seeking a Freelance Brand & Marketing Designer to support design execution across a range of client accounts.
This role is not limited to social media design and includes a range of brand and marketing deliverables.
Part-time, project-based role ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, efficient, and confident working within an established creative direction. This role is execution-focused. You will work closely with the CEO and internal team to bring concepts to life across both Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva (for simpler designs). The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable taking direction while delivering high-quality, on-brand visuals in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design a range of assets including marketing collateral, presentations, digital campaigns, brand materials, and social content
  • Execute designs using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • Create and adapt designs in Canva for more templated or quick-turn needs
  • Translate creative direction into polished, on-brand visual assets
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and overall strategy
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver assets on time
  • Collaborate closely with the Sloane Strategy team on revisions and iterations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud platforms and Canva
  • Highly organized with the ability to execute work efficiently and on deadline
  • Comfortable working within clear creative direction and bringing it to life accurately
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with a remote team
  • Experience designing across multiple formats (not limited to social media)
  • Ability to work flexible hours outside typical 9-5 EST
  • Based in the United States

Details:

  • Part-time, freelance (project-based)
  • Approximately 2–5 hours per week, depending on workload
  • Remote (U.S. only)
  • Hourly compensation (based on experience)
