We are seeking an experienced freelance designer to support the creation of a cohesive and professional brand identity across multiple companies within one group.

Key Objectives:

• Develop and maintain a clean, modern, luxury design aesthetic using a black, white, and gold gradient palette.
• Ensure all visual materials and logos align with a consistent, high-end brand style.
• Deliver all assets in editable (Canva/Adobe) and final (PDF, PNG, JPG) formats.

Scope of Work:

Logo Suite:

• Refine two existing logos for brand consistency.
• Create two new matching logos to complete a family of four cohesive brand identities.
• Deliver logos in transparent, white, and gold versions with consistent sizing and layout.

Additional Design Deliverables:

• Development site banners and signage (logo, branding, and contact details).
• Investor pack and project summary templates for print and digital use.
• Case study templates (1–2 pages) to showcase property projects with before/after imagery, key data, and ROI highlights.
• Social media templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Business stationery including letterhead and email signature.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury brand design and consistent visual identity creation.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout.
• Ability to deliver editable design systems and brand guidelines (fonts, colour codes, and dimensions).
• Reliable communication and timely delivery.

Pay: £13.51-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
