We are looking to hire a Founding Designer to push the boundaries on interfaces built for traders. You will operate with autonomy and be responsible for designing interfaces that scale to millions of traders and that process billions of dollars in volumes daily.

What you will do

• Own the product experience and design of delightful, pixel-perfect, and performant trading interfaces that feel magical to use.
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Build and maintain a rigorous, scalable design system that enables rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.
• Prototype, experiment, and design high-fidelity UI/UX that balances creativity with real-time performance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring new trading workflows from idea → prototype → production at breakneck speed.

What you bring

• 5+ years of design experience, with deep expertise in crypto and a vision for how design can shape innovative, user-centric product experiences in the space.
• Mastery over your craft and deep obsession for quality, function & form.
• Worked on design systems or component libraries at scale.
• Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI, HTML/CSS, Origami).
• Proven track record of crafting micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that feel effortless but are crafted with rigor.
• Strong intuition for visual and interaction design — typography, spacing, color, layout, rhythm, and motion all matter to you.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, communication skills.
• High agency, thrive in ambiguous environments, and obsessed with shipping interfaces that delight traders at scale
