We’re a pre-seed-funded, pre-revenue Delaware C-Corporation backed by early angel investors and are now expanding our founding team to shape product design and brand direction from the ground up.

Role Overview

As a Founding Product Designer, you’ll own everything from product UX and interface systems to visual identity and design language. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Technical Co-Founder to turn complex data and AI interactions into intuitive, high-trust experiences for both recruiters and candidates.

This is a founding-team position for a designer who wants significant ownership, creative control, and the ability to define the DNA of a venture-backed product at its earliest stage.

Location

Remote (US-based) - candidates must be located within the United States to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for our AI-powered resume screening platform
• Create clean, usable flows and systems in Figma (or tool of your choice)
• Support frontend builds (React, TypeScript, etc)
• Work closely with the Technical Co-Founder and CEO on rapid product iterations
• Help shape product direction, user interviews, and early UX experiments
• Set visual and design language foundations for the company
• Define and evolve the visual identity across product, web, and marketing surfaces
• Create brand assets (logos, typography, motion, layouts) and maintain a cohesive visual system across digital and print
• Build with speed, empathy, and precision

What We’re Looking For

• Able to support frontend development tasks (React or similar frameworks)
• Able to think across UX, systems, interaction, and visual polish
• Self-directed, startup-capable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Collaborative mindset, low ego, and bias for shipping
• Play a key role in crafting business-facing materials (i.e. pitch decks, investor collateral, etc.)
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI product workflows or LLM-based tools

Compensation

This is an equity-only, part-time founding-team role. Meaningful ownership will be offered commensurate with experience and contribution. Cash compensation will be introduced in later funding rounds.
