Role Description

This is a full-time remote Figma Designer role. The Figma Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Figma. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute website layouts, creating wireframes and prototypes, refining design drafts based on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all projects. The designer will work closely with development and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Figma design skills with a focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and workflows
• Experience with visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team interactions
• Problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to design challenges
• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with web development concepts and tools like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar field is preferred but equivalent experience is valued
