Currently seeking a Façade Designer with previous experience in all aspects of the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems to join our experienced Projects Team.

Your key duties in this role will include: -

· Proficient at creating Architectural shop drawings using Auto CAD software.

· Create material take offs for project materials and optimise to ensure efficiency.

· Produce manufacturing instructions for production including assembly instructions, drill programs and sheet metal drawings using Auto CAD 3D software.

· Produce detailed manufacturing / fabrication drawings for outsourced components.

· Ensure high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all drawings produced.

· Follow and implement design standards and company process’ to ensure both consistency and quality.

· Proficiency in 3D Modelling using Revit & Inventor or Solidworks preferred, but not a hard requirement.

Qualifications, skills, and experience required: -

· Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Façade Designer.

· Proficient drafting experience using Auto CAD software and 3D Modelling Software.

· Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines.

· Computer user of Microsoft office software – Excel, Outlook

· Preferred Engineering or Architectural related degree – preferred but not essential.

· Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Be proficient in English.

· With Experience in Revit and 3D modelling software packages such as Revit & Solidworks or Inventor is a plus.

Pay: Php500,000.00 - Php900,000.00 per year
