Spatial Designer (Freelance / Part-time) | Remote

We’re looking for a 
Spatial Designer
 with an architectural background and proven experience in immersive or lighting-led projects. You’ll translate concepts into layouts, drawings, and models, coordinate with architects and AV, and support commissioning on site.

White Mirror is a wellness innovation studio designing sensory spaces and immersive installations for hospitality, real estate, and retail. We partner with architects, lighting designers, scientists, and technologists to deliver immersive, evidence-informed environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design concepts, layouts, and lighting intent
• Produce drawings, models, and documentation packs
• Integrate lighting, AV, and sensory systems
• Support installation and on-site commissioning

Must Haves

• Architectural training or strong background in spatial design-
• Experience delivering immersive, lighting-led, or experiential projects
• Ability to produce clear drawings, basic sketches / renders and documentation for clients and partners
• Familiarity with sensory design, wellbeing, or hospitality environments is a plus
