We're a small New Zealand based company developing the next version of our flagship product. We need an electrical engineer to design two PCBs and associated ESP32 firmware.

Board 1 – Fan Controller (main board) Installed inside a custom fan unit. ESP32-based, 24V input with onboard regulation, 0-10V/PWM motor speed control, temperature sensor, and LoRa or 433MHz or similar wireless comms. Must fit specific mounting hole pattern (spec sheet will be provided).

Board 2 – Control Panel ESP32-based display unit (with 2.4 inch touch screen LCD). 3x AAA powered - the control panel is used very intermittently and can power down between uses. Pairs with fan units wirelessly, shows temperatures, and adjusts airflow settings.

Requirements:

• Proven ESP32 PCB design experience
• Wireless comms experience (LoRa, 433MHz or similar)
• Comfortable with constrained form factor layouts
• Good online communcation - the role is fully remote, hours flexible
