Role Summary:
The CRM Maker is a hybrid creative‑technical role responsible for designing, building, and deploying CRM communications. They ensure excellence at scale, working with front‑end techniques, templates, and CRM platforms to deliver localized campaigns across LATAM. Makers bring journeys to life by executing flows created by Accelerators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, responsive email templates following brand & category standards.
- Build and deploy email assets & automated journeys in Optimove and Stripo.
- Use advanced logic, personalization rules, and segmentation in CRM builds.
- Code email types (e.g., transactional, lifecycle, triggered).
- Work closely with CRM Accelerators to translate strategy into live assets.
- Manage QA testing, version control, rendering checks, and market reviews.
- Ensure timely deployment of scheduled lifecycle communications.
- Support dynamic content build‑outs .
- Contribute to reporting by identifying execution‑related improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in email development/design.
- Strong HTML/CSS for email coding.
- Experience deploying campaigns via CRM/ESP tools.
- Familiar with A/B testing and personalization logic.
- High attention to detail and comfort working in agile pods/squads.
- Advance English skills
