Role Overview

Mint Source is hiring a Full-Time Email Designer for an UK-based email marketing agency. You’ll create clear, engaging email designs and Klaviyo pop-ups that support daily campaign needs. The role is fast-paced and creative, blending collaboration with independent work as you partner with strategists, copywriters, and leadership. You’ll turn briefs and feedback into polished designs quickly while keeping accuracy at the center of every asset. Success looks like steady, consistent output, strong responsiveness, and error-free work that contributes to better engagement and long-term client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Design clean, on-brand email layouts and graphics that work seamlessly on mobile
• Produce 8 email designs each day while maintaining clarity, quality, and consistency
• Create and iterate Klaviyo pop-ups and forms that align with brand and growth goals
• Turn briefs and copy into clear visual layouts with strong hierarchy and flow
• Adapt designs for different segments, promotions, and A/B tests
• Carefully QA every asset for spacing, links, copy placement, and overall accuracy
• Use Figma and Canva to build, refine, and organize reusable components
• Implement feedback using MarkUp and maintain responsive communication in Slack
• Track daily tasks, deadlines, and progress in ClickUp to keep work moving smoothly
• Maintain organized files and exports for easy review and handoff

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years designing marketing emails or similar digital assets in a fast-paced setting
• Strong skills in Figma and Canva to create clean, consistent designs quickly
• Experience designing Klaviyo pop-ups and forms that support list growth
• Excellent attention to detail with a habit of double-checking work before sending
• Responsive communicator who thrives in written channels and keeps others updated
• Steady under pressure with reliable turnaround times and strong organization
• Creative problem-solver who takes initiative and improves work through feedback
• Energetic, motivated team member who balances collaboration with independent work

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• High-quality, on-brand designs delivered consistently
• Daily capacity of 8 completed email designs with on-time turnaround
• Low error rate supported by thorough QA and careful review
• Improvements in engagement metrics such as CTR and conversions from design updates
• Strong satisfaction and long-term retention driven by consistent, accurate output
