We’re hiring a high-quality Graphic Designer (2 to 3+ years) to support brand and marketing work across multiple digital channels. You should have strong design fundamentals, sharp taste, and the ability to consistently produce polished, on-brand creative.
This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about craft, detail, and building visuals that actually elevate brand perception and performance.
What you’ll do
- Design assets for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing
- Create clean, modern, intentional graphics that match each brand’s style
- Keep visual consistency across brand systems and guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy to execute campaigns
- Iterate fast based on feedback and results
- Manage multiple deliverables and hit deadlines reliably
What we’re looking for
- Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, spacing, color
- Real experience designing for brands or businesses (not just personal projects)
- Ability to take direction and translate it into clear visual execution
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable working independently, remotely
- Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop or similar)
Portfolio required
A portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
We’re looking for original work that shows structure, clarity, and strong visual judgment, not generic or overly template-based designs.
Nice to have
- Experience with DTC, lifestyle, food, or premium brands
- Basic motion / animation skills
- Familiarity with email design or performance creative
