Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented eLearning Experience Designer who’s confident leading both content creation and client communication. This is a client-facing role where you’ll not only design interactive training using Articulate Storyline and Rise, but also guide clients through the project lifecycle while working closely with our internal production team—including video editors, animators, designers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise that follow modern learning best practices.
• Write clear, compelling scripts, storyboards, and learning assessments that align with client goals.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned projects—setting expectations, sharing progress, and collecting feedback.
• Lead internal production teams (video, design, animation) to bring learning experiences to life, ensuring alignment with instructional goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex ideas into engaging learning content.
• Monitor learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning experiences.
• Use tools like Trello, Notion, or similar platforms to manage deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to content strategy and internal knowledge-sharing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of instructional design and eLearning development experience.
• Proven expertise with Articulate 360—especially Storyline and Rise.
• Native or bilingual-level English fluency is required. You must be able to lead meetings and communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for scriptwriting and scenario-based learning.
• Comfortable guiding creative teams and giving clear direction for visuals, media, and production.
