About the Role
As a Graphic Designer / Photo Editor, you will play a key role in creating a variety of marketing and informational pieces such as print registries, magazine spreads (including Fortune, Forbes, Bloomberg, Conde Nast publications), digital articles, brochures, plaques, and eye-catching digital billboards (Times Square). You will also handle professional photo editing and retouching tasks, ensuring visuals meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing diverse marketing materials across print and digital platforms
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual quality and consistency
- Research and keep up-to-date with design and publishing industry trends
- Manage image libraries and organize project materials efficiently
- Coordinate closely with creative teams and vendors to meet tight deadlines
- Prepare mechanical files and liaise with vendors for final file releases
Skills & Qualifications
- Mid Level graphic designer with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong production and retouching skills with keen attention to detail
- Solid understanding of design principles and typography
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Portfolio submission is required for application
