As an Ecommerce Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that drive conversions across our digital platforms. Your designs will directly impact our customers' buying journey, from first impression to purchase decision. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand identity while optimizing for performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Landing Page Graphics Creation: Create high-impact graphics, product visualizations, and UI elements that enhance user experience and guide visitors toward purchase decisions on our landing pages.
  • Advertising Visual Assets Development: Design eye-catching graphics for digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) that effectively communicate our value proposition and generate clicks.
  • Email Marketing Graphics Production: Create visually appealing email templates, promotional graphics, and product showcases that drive engagement and conversions through our email marketing campaigns.
  • Collateral Material Design: Design supporting visual materials including influencer briefs, print collateral (fliers, brochures), exhibition materials (standees, banners), and internal presentation templates.
  • Brand Consistency Management: Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines while continually evolving our visual identity to stay current with design trends and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience in any industry or field.
  • Artistic Ability: Strong fundamental art skills with the ability to illustrate and draw by hand is a significant plus. We value designers who can blend traditional artistic techniques with digital design.
  • Portfolio: Diverse portfolio demonstrating both digital design skills and artistic/illustration capabilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of digital drawing techniques and tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate fresh, original design concepts and visual solutions that stand out.
  • Communication: Excellent visual communication skills with ability to translate concepts into effective designs.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative approach to visual challenges with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-Directed: Motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with ecommerce design, UI/UX principles, or men's grooming/wellness industry is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive monthly salary (PHP 25,000 gross pay with twice a year increases based on KPI).
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Benefits: Includes government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and paid leave entitlements upon regularization.
  • Contract: Full-time employee status following a 6-month probationary period, with regularization based on performance review. Performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)..

Work Setup:

  • Contract: This is a full-time, employment position (starting with a 6 month probationary period)
  • Location: This is a fully remote position.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT (includes a 1-hour break).
  • Equipment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work.
