THE ROLE
We're looking for a mid-level Digital Motion & Graphic Designer to own and evolve Crumble's visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll work directly with the founder and be across everything — from subscription landing pages and EDM campaigns to motion graphics, short-form video content, packaging iterations, and social assets. This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates anywhere in the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and produce digital assets across email, social media, homepage banners, paid ads, and website elements
• Create motion graphics and animated content for social media, paid advertising, and website — including scroll-triggered animations, product reveals, and short-form video edits
• Produce reels, stories, and short-form video content that aligns with Crumble's calm, premium aesthetic
• Collaborate on seasonal packaging design that reflects our premium, minimal brand aesthetic
• Create mood boards, wireframes, and mockups for web and campaign projects
• Build and maintain landing pages and templates optimised for DTC eCommerce (Shopify)
• Translate brand guidelines into fresh, on-brief creative — while also pushing ideas forward
• Use AI tools and prompting techniques to accelerate ideation, image generation, copywriting support, and design iteration
• Manage design files, assets, and versioning with discipline and clarity
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate without losing creative quality
WHO YOU ARE
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic and motion design, ideally within a DTC, eCommerce, or brand environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
• Strong motion design skills — comfortable with keyframe animation, transitions, and visual storytelling in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
• Experience creating content natively for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with an understanding of platform-specific formats and best practices
• Hands-on experience with AI design and productivity tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Claude) and comfortable writing effective prompts to get useful outputs
• Strong understanding of eCommerce UX/UI principles and Shopify or similar CMS platforms
• Experience in packaging design — from concept through to print-ready files
• Familiar with Webflow or similar no-code web tools (advantageous)
• Up to date with design trends, especially in the premium food, beverage, and lifestyle space
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
• Some experience with product licensing and asset management is a plus
• Bonus: Active on social media with a personal or creative presence — someone who posts, experiments with formats, and understands what performs natively on each platform
• Bonus: Some experience with UGC-style content creation — comfortable on camera or directing simple lo-fi shoots that feel authentic rather than overproduced
