We are looking for a Digital Marketer cum Graphic Designer who can manage online marketing campaigns and create eye-catching visuals that enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Design engaging visuals for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and websites.
• Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media advertisements.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar tools).
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide reports and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and web teams to align design and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and advertising.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of content creation, campaign tracking, and ad optimization.
• Basic video editing skills (for reels or short promos) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working Graphic designing and video editing
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with branding, copywriting, and web content coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
