🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights
- Contribute to improving customer journeys and overall digital experience
- Maintain consistency through design systems and UI components
- Identify opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and accessibility
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, Digital Media, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or internships/projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles
- Familiarity with responsive design and digital product workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights
