Role Summary
We are looking for a
Digital Designer
to create engaging and visually impactful designs that strengthen brand identity and enhance marketing performance. This role combines creativity and strategy — translating concepts into high-performing visuals for ads, landing pages, and other digital channels that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital assets for social media, Facebook/Instagram ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and web materials .
- Collaborate closely with marketing, media buying, and content teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and performance goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while adapting creative materials for multiple formats and platforms.
- Develop visually compelling layouts and storytelling-driven graphics that connect with target audiences.
- Stay current with visual design trends, typography, color theory, and UX/UI best practices.
- Support A/B testing of creative assets and provide input on design performance insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or Creative Specialist in marketing or advertising environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media ads, landing pages, and campaign design (especially for Meta or Google Ads).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of marketing principles, conversion design, and performance-driven creative.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing creatives for paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) .
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design for landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment.
