What we are looking for

Digital Designers with a great portfolio to show.

The bare essentials

• Web UI and UX design experience
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.)
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience in mobile app and web UI design
• Skilled in creating logos and branding assets
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Driven, motivated, and proactive
• Able to collaborate in a team environment
• Comfortable working with remote clients

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing creative concepts that will come from the Creative Director.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop an interactive design considering innovation within the constraints of cost and time
• Translate ideas into design executions, ensuring the high level of design quality.
• Demonstrate a high level of skill, understanding and knowledge across the industry standard range of design and digital applications.
• Lend support when needed to wider design and creative departments.

X factors

• Familiarity with FigJam for brainstorming and collaboration
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for ideation, content, or workflow support
• Knowledge of Eraser.io for design documentation and system mapping
• Familiarity with Relume for wireframes, web components, or design system workflows
• Has worked in a digital or advertising industry
• Experience working with Australian or multinational clients
• Amazing command of the english language
• Industry Awards or citations
