Position: UI/UX, Graphic & Video Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled designer who can handle UI/UX design, graphic design, and short-form video content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on websites, web applications, mobile apps, and digital marketing creatives while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

• Design user-centric interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Create low-fidelity & high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff and implementation.

Graphic Design

• Design marketing creatives such as social media posts, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and ads.
• Create brand assets including logos, icons, illustrations, and visual elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and visual assets.

Video & Motion Design

• Create short videos, reels, promos, and explainer videos for digital platforms.
• Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Add basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics where required.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and responsive design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setup.
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

Good to Have

• Experience designing for SaaS products, startups, or agencies.
• Knowledge of basic animation or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Lottie, or Framer.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory).
