Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a
Digital Designer
to join a high-growth AI company in the creator economy space. This person will own the visual execution across all marketing, product, sales, and executive-facing surfaces for an AI-powered content platform used by creators and media companies globally.
This is a
high-volume, performance-focused design role
. The Digital Designer will partner closely with Growth Marketing and Content teams to ship paid ads, landing pages, lifecycle email visuals, motion assets, executive decks, and brand systems at a fast cadence. This is an AI-first environment where tooling generates drafts and variations—and the designer provides taste, judgment, and final creative direction.

, with strong instincts for what converts and the ability to ship multiple concepts per week.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth Creative
- Design static and motion creative for paid social and display across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Produce high-volume creative variants aligned to ongoing growth experiments
- Create hero visuals, layouts, and illustrations for conversion-focused landing pages
- Design visual templates for lifecycle email campaigns (onboarding, activation, upgrade, win-back)
Motion Design
- Develop short-form motion assets for paid ads and product explainers
- Create motion templates that scale across channels without losing brand integrity
- Produce product motion that shows the platform in action across short- and long-form formats
Brand System & Visual Identity
- Own and evolve the visual identity across typography, color, layout, illustration, and motion
- Tailor visual execution for different audiences (creators, enterprise media, investors, partners)
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma for internal teams, AI tools, and partners
Executive, Sales, and Investor Materials
- Design CEO, board, and investor decks used in high-visibility settings
- Create sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and templates
- Support fundraising, investor updates, and event collateral as needed
- Develop reusable templates that enable teams to self-serve design needs
AI-Driven Creative Systems
- Write briefs and guide AI tools that generate design variants and reformat assets
- Set visual rules for multi-format outputs (1:1, 9:16, 16:9, etc.)
- Ensure all AI-assisted creative stays on-brand and performance-focused
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital design at a tech company, media brand, or high-growth startup
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance creative, brand systems, and motion work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on motion/video experience (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience designing for conversion, experimentation, and paid media performance
- Ability to interpret creative testing data (CTR, conversion rate, CPA) and iterate accordingly
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, color, motion timing
- Experience working with AI-assisted design or creative tooling
- Ability to work at speed and manage multiple concepts and feedback cycles weekly
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI products or creator economy platforms
- Previous ownership of a design system from early stage through scale
- Photography or on-set production experience
- Familiarity with creative A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation
Success Metrics
- Volume and cadence of creative shipped in support of growth experiments
- Performance lift tied to creative changes (CTR, conversion, cost-per-trial)
- Consistency and coherence of brand across all customer and investor touchpoints
- Reduction of design bottlenecks through effective templates and systems
