About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Denture Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work for U.S.-based candidates while maintaining close collaboration with our Huntsville, AL facility.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing digital dentures in both 3Shape and Exocad, with an exceptional eye for fit, function, and esthetics. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative, quality-driven team producing advanced removable prosthetics for patients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality digital dentures and partials using both 3Shape and Exocad software.
- Collaborate virtually with clinicians, technicians, and the production team to ensure precise design and fit.
- Review scans, bite registrations, and supporting case data to ensure accuracy in design and articulation.
- Apply knowledge of occlusion, esthetics, and material workflows to create consistent, patient-ready results.
- Maintain organized design files and meet established timelines for production.
- Provide feedback and technical input on process improvements and digital workflow efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in the United States (no international or contract applicants will be considered).
- Extensive digital denture design experience required in both 3Shape and Exocad platforms.
- Strong understanding of occlusal concepts, prosthetic design principles, and esthetic standards.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage digital case flow remotely.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio or design examples required during the interview process.
