About the role, Digital First, strong creative instincts. You concept with social, site, and email in mind - always. We are looking for a versatile designer who can move fluidly between a social campaign and beautifully crafted print collateral without missing a beat. The designer must be highly organized, disciplined and able to monitor and manage priorities and people.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales team to bring the brand to life across direct to consumer channels and for strategic B2B selling environments. Your operating base - leveraging strong brand guidelines to build brand awareness and ensure brand recognition across touchpoints.
You bring a passion for design, details and a solid understanding of how visual communication supports strategic and commercial goals. You're able to articulate why "this not that" drawing upon your training, brand guidelines and commercial intent. You love to collaborate with marketing, social and influencer teams to create something whcich will cut through and resonate.
What you will do:
- Concept and execute design across digital channels - social media, email, website, digital ads - and print - packaging, collateral lookbooks, and more
- Translate creative briefs into compellling,, on brand visuals from concept through delivery
- Prepare and manage print-ready files with attention to bleed, color profiles, resolution, and production specs
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and leadership
- Manage multiple projecs and deadlines simultaneously.
What you Bring
- 3 - 5 years of professional design experience spanning both digital adn print
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustraor, Photoshop), familiarity with Figma or Canya a plus
- Solid understanding of tyography, layout, color theory, and hierarchy
- Working knowledge of prepress, print production and vendor management
- A strong portfolio showing range across both mediums
- Detail-oriented, self reviewing and reliable under deadline pressure
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to give and receive feedback gracefully
Nice to Have -
- Preference to be located in Eastern Standard Time Zone
- Experience in CPG, food/beverage or lifestyle brands
- Motion or video skills
