Position: DesignersType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $50-$70/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: Minimum 1–2 months (with potential for extension)Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (with potential to increase to 40 hours/week)
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI.Use your expertise in visual systems, user experiences, or creative strategy to ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design process thinking, visual literacy, and communication clarity.Help shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across various industries (education, retail, architecture, tech, culture).
Ideal Qualifications:Strong experience in specialized fields such as instructional design, exhibit design, service design, environmental design, or experience design.A bachelor's degree in design, architecture, education, industrial design, interaction design, or a related field.Strong background in creating high-quality visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Exposure to working with LLMs and GenAI prompting.
