Your role

Help shape a joyful product people intuitively understand and trust.

Depending on your strengths, you might:

• Design new interaction patterns (e.g. “sparks” instead of likes)
• Turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Create clean, thoughtful interfaces for core features
• Shape the tone and feel of a healthier social platform

We’re looking for someone who:

• Thinks about how design influences behavior
• Has strong UX and/or visual design skills
• Cares about online discourse and digital wellbeing
• Enjoys working in early-stage, ambiguous environments

This is a volunteer role with high ownership and real impact.
