Job Description:

We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer who can bring ideas to life across physical, social and digital environments. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly, and enjoys creating work that people can see, share and experience in the real world.

You will create visual content across motion, video and static design, helping shape how ideas show up across experiences, earned media, social channels and digital platforms. You will be comfortable working within brand guidelines where needed, while also responding creatively to briefs with initiative and independent thinking.

This role is suited to someone who is curious, culturally aware and motivated by creating work that feels current, engaging and relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content across motion, video and static formats

• Produce short-form video content designed for social and digital channels

• Design visual assets for physical environments, presentations and brand moments

• Develop motion graphics and screen-based content that enhances storytelling and audience engagement

• Apply brand identity consistently across different formats and touchpoints

• Prepare artwork and files for both digital and physical production

• Translate ideas and briefs into strong visual outcomes, even where direction may be minimal

• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high creative standard

• Adapt content across multiple platforms and formats

• Contribute ideas proactively, responding to cultural moments and creative opportunities

Skills and experience

• Strong design capability across both motion and static formats

• Excellent video editing and motion graphics skills

• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual composition

• Experience creating content for social and digital platforms

• Ability to apply and work within brand guidelines

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Creative judgement and confidence responding to briefs with initiative
