Position: Designer (Graphic & UI)

As we continue to expand our products and marketing efforts, we are looking for a
Designer (Graphic & UI)
who enjoys working across graphic design, marketing visuals, presentations, and UI design — and feels confident using
Figma
and
Google Workspace
in real product and campaign environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who can take ownership, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute at the intersection of
visual communication, marketing, and digital products
.

✨ Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and bot communications.
• Design visuals and presentations for webinars, marketing campaigns, and landing pages.
• Design and maintain landing pages in Figma.
• Work consistently within existing brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Translate briefs from brand, marketing, and editorial teams into creative and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ideation, iteration, and continuous improvement.

🧩 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Active and confident user of Figma , with basic knowledge of component-based design systems.
• Ability to design responsive layouts adapted to different screen sizes and aligned with user flows.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator , and popular AI design tools .
• Awareness of current design trends and openness to experimenting with new ideas.
• Ability to present a portfolio and clearly explain design decisions.
• B2 English and C1 Turkish
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines is a strong plus.

🕒 Position Details

• Role: Full-time, remote (Monday to Friday)
