This role offers the opportunity to design and evolve digital products with measurable business impact, focusing on user experience, usability, and interface clarity. You will participate in discovery processes, identify opportunities, and propose solutions that are both creative and data-driven. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, you will transform complex problems into intuitive flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and consistent design systems. You will connect design outputs to clear objectives, monitor outcomes, and iterate based on feedback and metrics. Accountabilities
- Design and evolve digital products with a focus on UX, UI, and business impact
- Participate actively in discovery to understand problems before proposing solutions
- Identify opportunities, question assumptions, and propose design directions
- Transform complex problems into clear flows, efficient interfaces, and viable solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems, UX standards, and visual consistency
- Make well-founded design decisions based on data, metrics, and user feedback
- Connect design deliverables to clear objectives and success indicators
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer / Designer de Produto with a portfolio demonstrating UX and UI process and results
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Google Analytics
- Strong experience in user discovery and research processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach
- Proactive, curious, and business-aware mindset
- Knowledge of usability, information architecture, and navigation flows
- Experience with product copy, tone of voice alignment, and clear communication
- Experience working in startups or agencies
- Ability to track product performance post-launch, analyze results, and propose improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, autonomy, and teamwork

- Experience working closely with end-users and multiple personas
