You're our Canva specialist. You own:

• High volume design production: social posts, ad creative variants, blog graphics, sales decks, one pagers, infographics, internal collateral
• Brand kit management in Canva for our 15+ active clients
• Template systems. Building reusable frameworks so clients and other team members can self serve simple variants.
• Canva implementation projects for clients. Rolling Canva Pro or Enterprise across teams, building template libraries, running training.
• Quick turnaround design requests from Account Managers and the sales team

Why this role is interesting

Most agencies work with Canva. We're a Global Canva Implementation Partner. We work inside Canva's partner programme, with direct support from Canva itself, on enterprise rollouts you wouldn't get exposure to elsewhere. If you love the product and want to grow your career around it, this is a rare seat.

You must have

• 3+ years in agency or in house design with significant Canva use
• Mastery of Canva (Pro features, brand kits, templates, magic resize, content planner, the implementation side: rollouts, training, governance)
• Strong visual eye: typography, hierarchy, colour, balance, brand consistency at volume
• Working Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for cases where Canva isn't enough
• Excellent written English
• Comfortable receiving briefs from multiple stakeholders and prioritising
• Embraces AI and modern design tooling
• Competitive and accountable. You'll be measured on production volume, brand consistency, and turnaround time. If you're allergic to KPIs or want a low pressure design seat, this isn't your role.
