Position Summary
We’re not after just a “graphic designer.” We need a right-hand creative…a Swiss Army knife who can roll with anything that comes our way. One day it’s a new cup design. Next day it’s a deck, an email blast, a social post, or a piece of merch. You’ll be building the brand with us, not just taking orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design everything: cups, packaging, decks, digital assets, retail displays, event stuff, whatever’s needed.
- Fuel the feed: create social content that feels like the world we live in — sports, BBQs, road trips, tailgates.
- Build connections: design and help launch our email platform to talk straight to our community.
- Keep the brand sharp: evolve our identity: templates, layouts, type, and overall look.
- Jump in: this isn’t a “wait for the brief” role. You’ll be hands-on, making things happen every day.
- Some work on site(s) as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- A portfolio that shows you can flex; branding, digital, packaging, social.
- Comfort in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma. Motion skills are a plus.
- Ability to think fast, pivot faster, and keep moving when things aren’t perfectly mapped out.
- Energy to be part of a small crew building something big.
