We are seeking a freelance Curriculum Designer to create engaging, effective, and visually appealing training programs tailored for corporate learners across various career stages. This individual will transform complex concepts into dynamic learning journeys that inspire growth and action.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver high-quality leadership and professional development training programs.Create interactive, learner-centered content using tools such as Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, and Synthesia.Manage and upload content to platforms including Teachable and Udemy.Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to bring training concepts to life.Support ad hoc training program requests with agility and creativity.Ensure courses are visually compelling, engaging, and aligned with corporate learning needs.Work independently and meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
RequirementsExperience designing curriculum for corporate learners and understanding of career stage development.Proficiency with Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, and Synthesia (not required but preferred).Familiarity with Teachable and Udemy learning platforms.Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences.A self-starter who is ambitious, motivated, and requires little direction.Own laptop or desktop with appropriate security safeguards for remote work.Creativity, collaboration, and a thoughtful approach to content design.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Strong writing and research skills
