What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying trends within student reading and writing datasets through AI, converting these discoveries into innovative approaches that transform English language teaching and literary interpretation.

Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities
Produce quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning using the LLM APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
