We operate in a regulated advertising space that requires careful, compliant, and strategic execution.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Creative Specialist (Graphic Designer) to produce high-performing creatives for ads, website, and content. This hands-on role focuses on execution, iteration, and performance, working closely with the team to create visuals that drive engagement and conversions. 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta (static & video)
  • Edit short-form video content (UGC-style, direct response, hooks)
  • Create visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Build and update landing pages and website elements (Shopify / Webflow / Figma)
  • Improve product pages and support conversion optimization
  • Use AI tools for creative ideas, hooks, and content production
  • Iterate creatives based on performance feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to execute campaigns and launches

Tools & Platforms:

Canva | Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) | CapCut | Shopify | Webflow | Figma | AI Tools (Claude & others) | Notion & Slack | Klaviyo (light use) | Meta & TikTok Ads Manager

Requirements
:

  • 2+ years in graphic design or creative production
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives (social media / e-commerce)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools
  • Shopify experience (product pages, basic site updates)
  • Understanding of what makes ad creatives convert
  • Fast, iterative workflow and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience working with restricted brands or agencies

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in regulated industries
  • Motion graphics or advanced video editing
  • Basic UX/UI or CRO knowledge
  • Webflow/Figma / landing page experience
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing
