Creative Quality Lead / Backup Designer

Job Overview

You will work in a part-time, contractor capacity as the Creative Quality Lead, overseeing the quality, consistency, and execution of design work across client and internal projects. This role is primarily focused on creative review and refinement, ensuring designs meet high standards of visual hierarchy, usability, and brand alignment while supporting conversion outcomes. Hands-on design support may be requested on an as-needed basis (i.e. Backup Designer).

We manage approximately eight active social media accounts, which will require ongoing monthly creative review. Outside of this recurring work, additional hours will be variable depending on open project needs.

This role requires independent senior-level thinking, skills and judgment and does not include design training. While this is a contractor role, there is potential for the position to eventually transition to full-time.
