Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer with experience in real estate marketing who can design high-quality creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should understand how to design visuals that support lead generation and awareness campaigns for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create ad creatives for lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Design promotional creatives for project launches, offers, campaigns, and announcements.
• Create carousel posts, banners, thumbnails, and marketing visuals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into effective visual creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all creatives.
• Deliver creatives within defined timelines for ongoing marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

• Experience designing creatives for real estate projects or real estate marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media creatives and performance marketing design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and marketing-focused design.
• Ability to design creatives that support lead generation and awareness campaigns.

Experience Required

• 1–3 years of experience in creative design (experience in real estate marketing preferred).
