Creative Designer (Graphics & Motion)
Position Overview
We’re now looking for a Creative Designer (Graphics & Motion) — a hands-on visual expert who can transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories for digital, social, and campaign platforms.
This role is not about product or UI design. It’s about bringing brand stories to life through impactful visual design, motion graphics, and content creation that moves people and drives growth.
What You’ll Do
Creative Design & Motion
- Design and develop marketing visuals, digital assets, and brand content for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Produce short-form videos and motion graphics for social channels (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Translate marketing briefs into strong creative concepts and executions aligned with brand direction.
- Partner with the marketing and content teams to visualize key narratives and campaigns.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines, visual consistency, and performance standards.
Marketing & Content Support
- Support the execution of campaigns and social content calendars, optimizing designs for engagement and platform relevance.
- Assist in event branding, internal communications materials, and digital marketing collaterals.
- Experiment with emerging creative tools, formats, and trends to keep Juan’s brand and clients’ brands at the forefront of design innovation.
Brand Asset Management
- Develop and manage a centralized library of templates, design elements, and motion assets for efficient re-use.
- Maintain organized, version-controlled creative files and ensure easy collaboration across teams.
- Help evolve Juan’s brand identity through iterative design updates and creative storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 - 8 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Visual Content Creator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing design, motion graphics, and video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva; bonus if familiar with Figma or AI/3D tools.
- Experience with short-form video editing and social-first storytelling.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Passion for creative problem-solving and curiosity about new design trends and formats.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit — able to work with marketing, content, and client-facing teams.
- Experience in videography, basic camera work, or post-production required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
