Marketing VA | Junior to Advanced Level (Remote)

Job Overview:

This role focuses on producing 100% original, human-created artwork and visual assets for tabletop and digital game development, as well as original marketing content. All deliverables must be created from scratch, follow detailed specifications, and meet high-quality standards. AI-generated, remixed, traced, or derivative content is strictly not allowed. The role supports clients by improving efficiency, enhancing brand presence, and delivering polished, task-specific creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original digital assets and marketing visuals for tabletop games and social media campaigns
• Follow a structured, multi-phase creative workflow (sketch → rough → final)
• Submit intermediate work for review to reduce revisions
• Produce both vector and raster artwork with fully editable layers
• Deliver original source files created in design software (export-only or flattened files are not acceptable)
• Post approved content on social media platforms
• Respond to social media comments and messages professionally
• Generate reports on social media engagement, interactions, and responses

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in vector design with layers using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, and Krita
• Proficiency in raster design with layers using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, and Clip Studio Paint
• Ability to deliver fully editable source files including AI, SVG, PSD, XCF, and CSP formats
• Experience with multimedia and visual content editing tools such as OBS Studio, CapCut, Movavi, and CamStudio
• Strong ability to follow structured workflows and apply feedback accurately
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Must have a tablet with a digital pen or a digital drawing pad for sketches and artwork

Rate:

• USD 4.25 – 7.25 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Hours per Week: 10 hours
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (unless otherwise agreed)
• Working Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST ( Pacific Time)

Additional Notes:

• All artwork must be original and human-created
• Prior art, tracing, AI tools, or reused assets are not permitted
• Deliverables must strictly meet client specifications and quality standards
